Draft Opioid Prescribing Rules

Please provide comments to the Washington State Department of Health regarding draft opioid prescribing rules by Friday, April 13.
ESHB 1427 intended to implement safe opioid prescribing rules, expand access and use of Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) data, and improve access to medication assisted treatment. The final meeting of the Opioid Prescribing Task force was held on March 14, 2018.

The meeting resulted in the final 1427 Conceptual Rules draft version 7.1.
