SKCDS Election - General Information
SKCDS holds an election annually where SKCDS members in good standing are able to pursue positions of leadership. The Election is run as outlined in the SKCDS Bylaws.
Leadership Positions Available for Membership Candidates:
- SKCDS President (2026 ONLY - Unless vacant President-Elect position is filled during the current year)
- SKCDS President-Elect
- Executive Council Member - Open positions vary (average 3-4 open annually)
- WSDA Delegate - Open positions vary (anticipating 7 positions available for 2026 Election)
Anticipated/Tentative Timeline:
- January 2026 - Final Call during Membership Meeting for interested Candidates.
- February 2026 - All Candidate Statements DUE to SKCDS.
- APRIL 2026 - Election Time & Membership Voting!
