Chapter II, Section 2, Sub-Section A

Rationale: This is a proposed language change to clarify current practices of Officer Installation, as well as to remove language that is in contradiction with the Election Module. The Election Module states “Eligible SKCDS members will be formally notified of the upcoming election through email notification approximately thirty (30) days in advance of the general membership meeting at which the elected officers will be installed.” and “Eligible SKCDS members will receive no less than three (3) direct email invitations to vote (if they have not done so) in the current election, along with a link to the ballot”.
