We strongly recommend you upload a copy of your CE certificate for each course you manually enter. Courses entered manually will require validation by the Department of Health if you're audited.

Late Registration and Cancellation Policy

This policy does not apply to all day meetings and/or meetings with partner organizations (e.g. UWSOD, PCDS SCDS, or WAGD, etc.)

Members and ASDA Students at the UW School of Dentistry may attend all types of membership meetings/CDE courses for free. For hybrid and in-person programs, we charge spouses and dental staff $75 to attend the in-person portion, with non-members outside of these two designations being charged $150 to attend the in-person portion. For classes that are offered entirely virtually, and the virtual option of a hybrid class, we charge non-members $75. If a non-member registers for the virtual portion of a hybrid class, but then chooses to attend the in-person option, they will be charged the remainder of the fee at the registration table of the event.

SKCDS reserves the right to change all registrations to virtual attendance if the minimum number of live registrations is not met per event.

Registrations, Cancellations, and "No Shows"
Members can change or cancel their reservation for all meeting types by emailing SKCDS staff. Reservations should not be considered changed or cancelled without written confirmation of same by an SKCDS staff member.

For the in-person portion of a hybrid class, we request a 72 hour advance cancellation to provide accurate numbers to the venue and catering of the event. If a member "no shows" after registering, they may be charged $75 on their credit card to cover the cost of the food ordered on their behalf.

Late Registrations
Late registrations, less than forty-eight (48) hours or less than two (2) business days, will only be accepted if:
- There are spaces left within the guarantee; and,
- A late registration fee of $25 on top of the existing registration fee will be charged. In the event that a late registrant does not attend the meeting after paying the fee and registration, there will be no refunds and the registrant's account will be charged in full.

SKCDS reserves the right to select participants, limit enrollment, cancel courses or change locations if necessary. SKCDS accepts no responsibility for travel expenses or penalties incurred by course registrants in the event of a course cancellation or revision.
