The correlation to worn teeth, TMD, GERD, and sleep is well-documented. A protocol to examine, identify, and treat is critical for the restorative dentist, as well as the inter-disciplinary team. Dental sleep disorders and tooth wear are associated with each other, and all are common multifactorial conditions. There is a strong case to be made for an interdisciplinary clinical team to manage oral health-related sleep disorders. A comprehensive approach can result in a state-of-the-art diagnostic process and thereby resulting in optimal care. This topic will be relevant with general practitioners, as well as orthodontists, surgeons, and other specialists. Your patients need restorative sleep for their teeth and total body well-being. Our Presenter,
Dr. Kevin Kwiecien, graduated from Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry (OHSU SOD) in 1995 and holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration. The meeting will be held
